With temperatures exceeding 40°C in recent days, Shandong Lantian has launched its annual "Summer Cool-Down" campaign to support employees working on the front line.
Led by the Labor Union and supported by the company's Party branch, the campaign provides bottled water, ice cream, cooling patches, Huoxiang Zhengqi liquid, cooling balm, and other heat-relief supplies across production facilities.
"Taking care of employees' needs is an important part of our work," said Qing Wang, Chairman of Shandong Lantian's Labor Union. The company's Party branch and management team also emphasized that practical support will continue throughout the summer to ensure employees stay safe and comfortable while working in high temperatures.
Small gestures can make a big difference. Through this campaign, Shandong Lantian is turning care for its employees into practical action and helping keep the front line cool, safe, and motivated.
