Function: Cut sandwich panels, profiles, and accessories as required; ensure clean, burr-free edges; prevent core material exposure and moisture ingress at cut edges.
Installation and Fastening Tools
Key Tools: Handheld electric drill, self-tapping screw gun, impact drill, rotary hammer, rivet gun (electric/manual), powder-actuated nailer, pneumatic pliers, adjustable wrench, rubber mallet.
Function: Drill holes in panels and substrates; fasten self-tapping screws, rivets, and driven nails; use the rubber mallet to gently tap panels into position without damaging the surface.
