‌Function‌: Precisely locate reference lines and elevation control lines; verify the flatness of the installed furring channels and panels. All measuring instruments must be certified and within their validity period.

 

Panel Processing Tools
‌Key Tools‌: Profile cutter, electric circular saw (with carbide-tipped blade), handheld jigsaw, electric shears, abrasive saw, nibbler/snips.
‌Function‌: Cut sandwich panels, profiles, and accessories as required; ensure clean, burr-free edges; prevent core material exposure and moisture ingress at cut edges.

 

Installation and Fastening Tools
‌Key Tools‌: Handheld electric drill, self-tapping screw gun, impact drill, rotary hammer, rivet gun (electric/manual), powder-actuated nailer, pneumatic pliers, adjustable wrench, rubber mallet.
‌Function‌: Drill holes in panels and substrates; fasten self-tapping screws, rivets, and driven nails; use the rubber mallet to gently tap panels into position without damaging the surface.

 

Auxiliary and Support Tools
‌Key Tools‌: Caulking gun, portable vacuum lifter (suction cup), low-power welder, aerial work platform, lifting slings, masking tape.
‌Function‌: Seal panel joints with sealant; lift and transport panels; weld furring channels; ensure safety during high-altitude installation work.
